Complaint procedure

 

In case of a complaint, you may report this to us by telephone or written by fax or e-mail. We respond within three business days to confirm the receival of the complaint. A response to the complaint will be send within 14 business days.

In case of a dispute, there is a possibility of mediation by Stichting Webshop Keurmerk (www.keurmerk.info). If the mediation does not lead to the desired result, the dispute may be submitted to the Geschillencommissie Webshop van SGC (www.sgc.nl). Consumers can submit any complaints through the complaint form on the contact page to the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. Complaints are dealt with immediately.
