Complaint procedure


In case of a complaint, you may report this to us by telephone or written by fax or e-mail. We respond within three business days to confirm the receival of the complaint. A response to the complaint will be send within 14 business days.

In case of a dispute, there is a possibility of mediation by Stichting Webshop Keurmerk ( If the mediation does not lead to the desired result, the dispute may be submitted to the Geschillencommissie Webshop van SGC ( Consumers can submit any complaints through the complaint form on the contact page to the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. Complaints are dealt with immediately.
